Who is responsible?

The controller is to follow (sole proprietorship), trading as SayDov.

Which data do we process, and why?

When you use the contact form

We process your name, company, email address, phone number (if you provide it), Salesforce edition, number of users and your message. We use this data to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a quote.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering questions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you book an intro call

We process your name, email address, the time you choose and your answers to the booking questions, so we can schedule and prepare the call. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you email us

We process your email address and the content of your email, so we can reply.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you visit the website

On every visit, our hosting partner Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the requested page, to show and secure the website. We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering a secure, well-functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you become a client

We process the contact and billing details we need to perform the contract and to invoice.

Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations, for example for bookkeeping (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Data in your Salesforce

When we work for you, we may process data from your Salesforce. We do so as a processor, on behalf of your company. The data processing agreement we sign together applies to that, not this privacy notice.

Who receives your data?

We don’t sell your data. We work with these service providers, who only process your data on our instructions:

  • Cloudflare: hosting and security of the website, and visitor statistics without cookies;
  • Resend: forwarding messages from the contact form to our mailbox;
  • Cal.com: scheduling intro calls;
  • our email provider;
  • our accountant and invoicing software, if you become a client.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In that case this is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long do we keep your data?

  • Contact requests and emails without follow-up: at most 12 months.
  • Client data: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for bookkeeping.
  • Visitor statistics: only in aggregated form, not linked to individuals.
