- You pay for Claude licences directly to Anthropic. Claude Team costs about $25 per user per month (as of October 2026). We don’t earn anything from that.
- Larger Salesforce projects or integrations fall outside the support: €75 per hour or a separate quote.

Who is behind SayDov?
SayDov was founded by Miran Salim, Salesforce admin and developer. He knows from experience how much time companies lose on small Salesforce changes, and how well an AI assistant can do that work, as long as it is set up properly.
That is why we built SayDov: not another tool, but a service that makes sure it works for you. We set it up, tailor, train and stay involved.

Does our team need to be able to code?
No. Your colleagues type what needs to change in plain language. Claude proposes a solution, builds it in the sandbox and explains what it did. Nobody needs to see a terminal: it also works in the Claude desktop app.
What does Claude itself cost?
You pay for Claude licences directly to Anthropic. Claude Team costs about $25 per user per month, or about $125 for heavy users (as of October 2026). We don’t resell licences and don’t earn anything from them.
How many users does the price cover?
Your whole team, without limit. We guide the installation for everyone who is going to use it.
What happens after 6 months?
Then the project is complete and you stand on your own feet. Everything stays yours: the setup, the guide and the full history in your GitHub. Do you have new wishes later on? We’ll gladly make a new quote.
Is it secure? And what about GDPR?
Claude works in a sandbox first, with minimal permissions, and nothing goes to production without your approval. With Claude Team, Anthropic’s commercial terms apply: your data is not used to train models. With us, you sign a data processing agreement.
Does it work with our Salesforce edition?
SayDov works with Enterprise, Unlimited and Performance Edition. Professional Edition doesn’t have access to the required API by default. We’ll look at that together during the intro call.
Do we need GitHub?
Yes, but a free GitHub organisation is enough. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you set it up. Every user needs a free GitHub account.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes, on both. We guide the installation on every device, over a shared screen.
How does this relate to Agentforce?
Salesforce builds its own AI assistants too, and they can perfectly well exist alongside SayDov. The difference: SayDov isn’t an extra feature, it’s a service. We set it up, tailor it to your Salesforce, train your team and stay available for 6 months, with a full history in your own GitHub.
How long does the implementation take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks from agreement to handover. It depends on the number of users and on how your Salesforce is set up.
What if something goes wrong?
Everything happens in the sandbox first, and every change is in the history, so you can always roll back. During the 6 months of support we help out, with an answer within 2 working days.
Which languages do you work in?
Dutch and English. The guide and the training are in Dutch by default, English on request.
